In addition to the industrial zonings, Anacortes also has three marine specific zonings which are Commercial Marine, Commercial Marine 1, and Commercial Marin 2.
Heavy Manufacturing (HM) is the zoning classification that has been placed on March Point (most commonly referred to as March’s Point). A majority of March’s Point is owned by the Tesoro and Shell oil refineries, however there is available property along highway 20 with Heavy Manufacturing and Light Manufacturing.
The Industrial Zoning in Anacortes is located on T Ave on the eastern shores of Fidalgo Island. The city has dedicated 117 acres for industrial use with access to the Fidalgo Bay in this area. Included in this area is the Anacortes Industrial Park.
