There are three main areas of industrial buildings available for lease in Burlington. From north to south, the first area begins at the northern border of city limits at Gear Road, and runs south to E. Magnolia Ave. The second area is located between Gilkey Road and Washington Ave and runs parallel on the east and west side of Spruce Street.
